Turnaround time
“Turnaround Time”, or “Production Time” is the time that it takes for us to create your product from the moment you submit your order.
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for most orders. Larger orders may require more production time.
Shipping times
This is the time that it takes for your order to be delivered to you via Australia post.
We offer free regular post which can take up to 5 days pending on your location.
If you would prefer to choose a faster shipping option you can contact us via email: defiance.industries@outlook.com to arrange Express Postage for an additional cost.
Defiance Industries does not guarantee ship times. Delays by the mail carrier due to poor weather, accident, mis-routing, holidays, or weekends are a possibility.
Defiance Industries offers these guidelines and is not responsible for delays in production due to slow customer response, incorrect ordering or other issues that may result in a production delay.
Return policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit.
All returns must made within 10 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your invoice number, name, email address and let us know what you’re returning, the reason why and if you require an exchange or credit.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Retail returns over $300.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
